Chamomile Tea at Bedtime

A warm cup of chamomile as a traditional bedtime ritual.

"Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest."
Matthew 11:28, KJV

People have long turned to a cup of chamomile tea as a traditional bedtime ritual. Steep 1 tea bag or 1 tablespoon of dried flowers in hot water for 5 minutes, then sip it slowly somewhere calm, away from screens. Many find it warm and calming.

See a doctor or licensed counselor if things feel severe, last more than a few days, or keep coming back.
