KPC Healing LLC: Privacy Policy

KPC Healing LLC ("KPC Healing," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through kpchealing.com (the "Site") and our sessions, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

• Account information: your name, email address, and login details when you create an account. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are stored only in encrypted (hashed) form.
• Contact information: your phone number and, if needed, your mailing address.
• Booking details: the sessions you book, dates and times, your chosen practitioner, payment status, and messages you send us.
• Wellness and health information you choose to share: for example, health cautions, goals, or other details you give on an intake form or waiver. Sharing this is voluntary, but it helps your practitioner keep you safe.
• Wellness journal, mood entries, goals, and notes: journal entries, mood check-ins, goals, and notes you choose to write on the Site. See "Who can see your wellness information" below.
• Text you type into AI features: questions and searches you enter in the Scripture library, Resources library, Paths, and Daily features.
• Emergency contact: the name and phone number you list on your waiver.
• Technical information: basic data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected automatically by our hosting and security provider.

2. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects and stores your card details under its own privacy policy. KPC Healing never sees or stores your full card number. We receive limited payment information from Stripe, such as your name, the amount paid, and the last four digits of your card.

3. Cookies, local storage, and analytics

• Sign-in: The Site uses your browser's local storage to keep you signed in to your account. This is needed for the Site to work.
• Payments: Stripe may set its own cookies during checkout to process payments and prevent fraud.
• Security: Cloudflare may use cookies or similar tools to protect the Site from abuse.
• No advertising cookies: We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
• No third-party analytics or tracking: We do not use any third-party analytics, tracking pixels, advertising tools, or session recording.
• Anonymous button counts: The Site counts clicks on three home-page buttons: Explore Scripture, Wellness Resources, and the Daily share button. Each click saves only the button name and the time, in our own database (Supabase). It stores no user ID, IP address, or device information, uses no cookies, and involves no outside analytics service. Only Site administrators can see the counts.

You can clear cookies and local storage in your browser settings, but you will then need to sign in again.

4. How we use your information

• To schedule, confirm, and deliver your sessions
• To process payments, refunds, and Provider payouts
• To help your practitioner prepare for and deliver a safe session
• To reply to your questions and provide support
• To answer the questions and searches you type into the Site's AI features
• To keep the Site secure and working properly
• To send news or offers, but only if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time
• To meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping duties

5. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only as follows:

• Your practitioner: your booking information, contact details, and waiver information are shared with the practitioner (KPC Healing or an independent Provider) who delivers your session, so they can serve you. Wellness information is shared only as described in "Who can see your wellness information" below. Providers agree to keep client information confidential.
• Service providers: companies that help us run the Site and the business, each limited to the information it needs:
  • Stripe: payments, refunds, tips, and Provider payouts through Stripe Connect
  • Cloudflare: website hosting, domain, and security
  • Supabase: our database, user accounts, and sign-in
  • Resend: sending account emails, such as sign-up confirmations and password resets. The Site does not currently send automatic booking confirmations or reminders by email.
  • Google: Google Fonts, which loads the Site's typefaces. When a page loads, your browser sends Google basic connection information, such as your IP address and browser details. KPC Healing also uses Gmail and Google Calendar for its own business communication and scheduling.
  • xAI: the AI features in the Scripture library, Resources library (including practice exercises and the provider resource-drafting tool), Paths, and Daily send the text you type (questions, searches, and practice replies) to xAI's API (the Grok model) to generate answers. Booking, payments, and the wellness journal do not use AI.
• Legal and safety reasons: when required by law, to protect someone's health or safety, or to protect our legal rights.
• Business changes: if KPC Healing is sold or reorganized, information may transfer to the new owner under this policy.

6. Who can see your wellness information

• Wellness journal entries are private to you. Providers can never see them.
• Mood entries and goals are visible only to your own provider, and only if you turn on that permission.
• Shared notes are visible to you and your provider if you allow notes.
• A provider's private notes are visible only to that provider.
• Intake forms and client records, built from your provider's templates, are visible only to that provider and you. No other provider can see them.
• Site administrators can manage the record templates.

Using AI features: please don't type sensitive health details or other private information into the AI features. What you type there is sent to xAI to generate a response.

7. Health information

KPC Healing is not a healthcare provider and is not a HIPAA-covered entity. We still treat any health or wellness information you share as sensitive. We use it only to support your sessions, share it only with your practitioner and the service providers needed to store it (such as Supabase), and limit access to the people who need it.

8. How long we keep information

We keep booking, payment, and waiver records as long as needed for tax, legal, and dispute purposes, generally up to 7 years. We keep intake and wellness information while your account is active, and we delete it when you ask unless the law requires us to keep it. To request deletion, email kpchealing815@gmail.com.

9. Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including secure hosting, encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access-limited accounts. No system is perfectly secure, so please contact us right away if you think your information has been put at risk.

10. Your choices and rights

You can email us at kpchealing815@gmail.com to:

• Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Correct information that is wrong
• Ask us to delete your information
• Opt out of marketing emails

We will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity, and we may keep some records where the law requires it, such as payment and tax records or signed waivers. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law, and we will honor them as required.

11. Children

The Site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them online. Sessions for minors must be booked by a parent or guardian, who provides the minor's information. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. For material changes, we'll post the new version with its effective date and notify registered users by email or on the site at least 14 days before it takes effect, unless a change is required by law sooner.
